Holdsworth Hammer & Heart Foundation was created from a place of love, loss and a deep belief in the power of community.

Founded by Anthony’s family in his memory, Hammer & Heart exists to turn compassion into action, supporting individuals and families facing hardship, crisis and life changing challenges.

Our Anthony was known for his almighty strength, generosity and unwavering support for those around him. He believed deeply in showing up for others especially during difficult times, values that now guide everything we do.

After experiencing firsthand how overwhelming grief can be, Anthony’s family felt called to build something meaningful, a foundation that doesn’t just raise funds, but truly shows up for people when they need it most.

At Hammer & Heart we believe that small acts of kindness can create powerful change. Whether through fundraising events, community initiatives or partnerships our mission is simple, to provide practical support, hope and dignity to those who need it most.

Every dollar raised through Hammer & Heart goes directly back into the community. We operate with transparency, integrity and heart. Ensuring that every contribution makes a real and lasting impact.
