Our Mission

At Hammer & Heart our mission is simple: to ease the burden for individuals or families facing life’s most difficult moments.

We exist to provide practical and meaningful support.

A dedicated part of our foundation supports access to cancer treatments, continuing Anthony’s wish to give others the same chance he was given.

Every initiative we undertake is guided by transparency, compassion and integrity. We work closely with families and community partners to ensure support reaches those who need it most.

All funds raised through Hammer & Heart will be directed to two families each year as a one off payment.

Together, we are turning love into action and loss into lasting change.
